The proposal defines a dynamic urban object, which allows an effective relationship with the environment and landscape, the definition of new social spaces, and the reflection on fair play.

The project is addressed, as it were, in a more open way, with an approach that is more sensitive than figurative, more committed than objective. We offer a new approach which includes diverse proposals, including contemplation, alternative uses, meanings, reflection, and dynamism for a Buenos Aires which is constantly changing and on the move.
